When buying a software license please provide an email address
that can receive email attachments. This is really important, else you
may never receive your digital signature license file. There are no
numbers or codes to enter to validate your license.
Please make sure that the software performs to your complete satisfaction on the machine it will be used on. The digital signature license file you will receive is not copy protected. All sales are final and we can not process any refunds after the purchased license has been emailed to you.

After using PayPal or your credit card to purchase the program you will be sent two separate emails. The first will be your purchase receipt, keep this. The second email will be the license instructions and your digital signature software license file (as an attachment).
You should receive your software license email within
thirty minutes, it may take up to two hours. If you do not receive any emails after your purchase, please contact us and provide a different email address. We email licenses during the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm PST Monday - Friday.
